Our Price Promise

We are committed to offering the best range of products to our customers at the very best price. Our promise to you is that if you find the same product available at a lower price with one of our competitors, we’ll match that price or refund the difference.

Terms and Conditions.

1. The competitor must clearly display the prices of the goods on their website.
2. Competitors must be VAT registered companies located in the United Kingdom.
3. The price promise excludes mail-order retailers, factory outlets, membership clubs, duty-free shops, home shopping channels, auctions, auction websites, Amazon, market stalls, private sales and liquidation (or any other "closing down" or insolvency) sales.
4. The identical item must be in stock and immediately available for delivery by the competitor.
5. When calculating the price difference, any other charges made for delivery, handling, VAT etc., by the competitor must be included.
6. Competitor product must be identical, new and unused. Ex-demonstration exchanged or refurbished products are not included in the price promise.
7. Typographical errors shall not apply.
8. The price must be the full price offered by the competitor and not in any sales or clearance items.
9. No affiliate, promotional, voucher code or media discount applies. Any other retailer's price match promotion which offers an additional rebate or other benefits for any price matched product is also excluded from our price promise.
10. We must be able to verify the prices and status of the product offered by the competitor to our satisfaction.
11. The price promise is not transferable to another person.
12. We reserve the right to withdraw this Price Promise at any time.
