 Items Not Suitable

If you are not satisfied with your order simply return the items in their original condition within 28 days of receipt.

Please ensure the goods are returned in their original condition and wherever possible in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice enclosed. 

Refunds Policy

Please note that in some cases full refunds may not be offered on items if they have been removed from their original packaging and used in a way which has de-valued the product.  In such cases, a partial refund may be offered at the discretion of Karcher Belfast upon inspection of the returned item.

If you wish to return an item it is your responsibility to inform Karcher Belfast within 14 days from when you received your goods, after which you have a further 14 days to return your purchase. 

If goods are returned after 28 days from when you received them, a refund will ONLY be issued in the form of a credit note which will be valid for 365 days.

Items Under Warranty

We will cover return postage costs for all faulty or warranty issues* within 28 days of purchase, however, after this period it is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend that items returned to us after the 28 day period should be sent by Recorded Delivery or equivalent service. Karcher Belfast will not be held responsible for any damaged or uninsured returned items lost in transit sent by customers.

*Please note that Karcher Home & Garden machines hold a worldwide warranty.  

Missing, Incomplete or Damaged Orders

Re-Delivery Charges

Please be aware that in some cases a re-delivery charge may be required if there has been a failed delivery attempt by our courier.  If the delivery has failed because incorrect shipping details have been provided or the recipient was not present to receive the shipment, then it will be the responsibility of the customer to cover all re-delivery fees.
